Tattoo Removal utilizes unique picosecond laser technology to deliver fast, comfortable treatments – more than any other laser tattoo removal solution available.*
Unlike traditional lasers, PicoWay® delivers energy to the targeted ink in ultra-short pulses that are so fast, they’re measured in picoseconds—that’s one trillionth of a second!
The PicoWay® Difference
- Few treatments: FDA cleared for a wide range of tattoos, PicoWay® offers better results in few treatments for different skin types.
- Fast results: With it’s ultra-fast delivery of concentrated, high-power energy, PicoWay® will shatter even tiny ink particles making it easier for the body to clear the tattoo ink.
- Minimized risk: PicoWay’s ultra-short pulses also optimize the delivery of energy to the targeted ink particles ensuring the ink is effectively treated, while the least amount of heat gets transferred into the skin.
- Minimal discomfort: Since PicoWay’s pulses are fast, you’ll feel minimal discomfort throughout the procedure.
Can PicoWay® be used on all skin types? Yes! FDA cleared for a wide range of tattoos, PicoWay® offers better results in few treatments for different skin types.
What makes tattoos so difficult to remove?
- Depth: Ink is injected into the dermis, below the skin, where it’s harder to remove.
- Ink Particle Size: The bigger the ink particle size, the harder it is to remove a tattoo. Traditional laser tattoo removal can be used to break up ink particles making them easier for the body to carry away, but sometimes the remaining ink particles are still too large, even after multiple laser treatments.
- Color: While blues and blacks are easy to treat, other colors such as reds and yellows can be difficult to remove.
- Skin Tone: With most lasers, darker skin tones are harder to treat because too much energy can be absorbed into the skin rather than the targeted ink particles. Not only does this weaken the results, it also increases the risk of injury.
How many PicoWay® treatments will be needed? The effectiveness of the treatment depends on many factors such as the age, location, depth, size and type of tattoo. All tattoos will require several treatments for optimal results.
What to expect?
During your first visit, your skin’s reaction to the laser will be tested to determine the most effective treatment. Immediately following treatment, cold compresses may be applied to soothe the treated area. A topical antibiotic ointment may be recommended. In the first few days, take care to avoid scrubbing the area or using abrasive skin cleansers.
Does PicoWay® treatment hurt?
The degree of discomfort varies with each person depending on the nature and location of the tattoo on the body.
Are there any side effects?
After treatments, patients may experience temporary discoloration or reddening of the skin around the treatment site. Some patients may also experience a temporary lightening of the skin following treatment. The skin will typically resolve to a normal skin tone.
BTL Vanquish ME
BTL Vanquish ME device creates a high-frequency energy field that precisely targets the thermal effects into the fat layer while protecting surrounding skin tissue. In this way, it destroys unwanted fat cells over the course of four to six treatments. There is no pre or post treatment preparations of care. A visible improvement is noticeable in only four to six weeks after treatments.
BTL Vanquish ME is ideal for patients 21 years and older who desire aesthetic body shaping without the cost and recovery of surgery. The electrical impedance of various tissue layers differs. BTL Vanquish ME automatically tunes its frequency to match and target its thermal energy into the impedance range of fat tissue. Vanquish ME remains blind to non-fatty tissues and does not deliver a significant amount of thermal energy into those areas. Specifically affecting fat layers, BTL Vanquish ME triggers heat induced apoptosis* and reduces the circumference of the entire abdominal area.
The Vanquish treatment is ideal for healthy patients that have moderately sized areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise such as the abdomen and love handles. The BTL Vanquish ME procedure is not intended for weight loss or a substitute for liposuction.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Q-switched laser technology, MedLite C6 is best known as the industry’s gold standard laser for multi-colored tattoo removal. It also provides a wide range of other indications on all patient skin types.
Tattoo removal is most commonly performed using lasers that break down the ink particles in the tattoo. The broken-down ink is then absorbed by the body, mimicking the natural fading that time or sun exposure would create. All tattoo pigments have specific light absorption spectra. Certain tattoo pigments, such as yellows, greens and fluorescent inks are more challenging to treat than darker blacks and blues, because they have absorption spectra that fall outside or on the edge of the emission spectra available in the tattoo removal laser. Consequently, such inks are difficult to remove since they reflect a significant amount of the incident light energy out of the skin.
What Can I Expect During Laser Tattoo Removal?
Depending on the size and color of your tattoo, the number of treatments will vary. Your tattoo may be removed in 3 to 21 visits. Treatment with the laser varies from patient to patient depending on the age, size, and type of tattoo (amateur or professional). The color of the patient’s skin, as well as the depth to which the tattoo pigment extends, will also affect the removal technique.
Laser Nail Fungus Treatment
Laser treatments for nail fungus have become fairly common since the procedure was approved by the Food and Drug Administration four years ago. Several kinds of laser therapies are now available, but there is limited evidence that the treatments work. The appeal of lasers is that they selectively heat and destroy harmful fungi while sparing healthy surrounding tissue. And some small studies and lab tests suggest they can kill the fungi and cure the condition. Millions of Americans experience fungal nail infection, otherwise known as onychomycosis. Some of the symptoms include: discoloration with yellow, greenish appearance or yellow/white streaks, brittleness, change in nail shape, loss of luster and shine, thickening of the nail, loosening or lifting up of the nail, and the entrapment of debris. Call us for more information.
How does it work?
Laser kills the fungus that lives in and under the toenail. The laser light passes through the toenail without causing damage to the nail or the surrounding skin. At the time of the procedure, the toenail will not become instantly clear. It might take up to 8 months for nail to completely grow out.
Is the procedure painful?
Most patients feel no pain. Some may feel a warming sensation. Very few feel a “slight” pinprick.
Is there a recovery period?
No; just walk in and walk out.
For Hands and Neck
What You Need To Know
Two treatments in one. The skin is treated one micro portion at a time- repeated thousands of times. Each micro colum receives just enough laser energy to vaporize the aged skin while also stimulating new collagen growth of surrounding tissue. It’s more than skin resurfacing, its deep skin rejuvenation.
How long does the procedure last?
The entire face can be treated in as little as 15-45 minutes, with results lasting years given proper skin care and sun protection.
Is the procedure painful?
Topical anesthetic make the procedure virtually painless. Afterwards, you may experience a mild heat sesnsation similar to a sun burn, ithchiness and dryness in the treated area.
How many treatments will I need?
Thanks to the versatillity of Affirm CO2, you and your clinician can decide how many treatments will be needed to meet your aesthetic expectations. Outstandings results can be achieved in as a little as one session but will require a longer healing time period than a milder multiple sessions treatment selected.
What is the recovery time?
Since Affirm CO2, is micro-ablative , recovery time is significantly shorter than fully ablative technology. Within the first few days of treatment, you may experience some redness and swelling with minimal pain. Each micro channel of ablation will quickly heal and return to your normal lifestyle as little as 7-21 days.
Laser Hair Removal
If you’re not happy with shaving, tweezing, or waxing to remove unwanted hair, laser hair removal may be an option worth considering. Laser hair removal is one of the most commonly done cosmetic procedures in the U.S. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light that destroys the hair. Laser hair removal is the process of removing unwanted hair by means of exposure to pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle Laser hair removal works on just about any area of the body where smooth skin is desired.
How to Prepare for Laser Hair Removal
If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That’s because the laser targets the hairs’ roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking.Shaving the desired area of treatment is require prior to each treatment. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely.
Recovery and Risks
For a day or two afterward, the treated area of your skin will look and feel like it’s sunburned. Cool compresses and moisturizers may help. If your face was treated, you can wear makeup the next day unless your skin is blistering. Over the next month, your treated hair will fall out. Wear sunscreen for the following month to help prevent temporary changes in the color of the treated skin. Blisters are rare but are more likely in people with darker complexions. Other potential side effects are swelling, redness, and scarring. Permanent scarring or changes in skin color are rare.
